Chimney Hill is a unique community of over 500 private homes nestled on a wooded hillside bordered by the Green Mountain National Forest and surrounded by four season recreational area.

The Chimney Hill community has access to a clubhouse, which contains an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, children's play area, lighted basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, Bocce court, horseshoe pit, and everything else to make an outdoor enthusiast jump. Additionally, there is a stocked fishing pond, playgrounds and picnic areas throughout the grounds, and an outdoor ice-skating rink (with warming hut), weather permitting.

Chimney Hill is also located on the VAST Snowmobile trail network with many homes having direct access.
